June 17th & 18th, 2006 The Very First Elite Jeet Kune Do Workshop:

Pre-registration fee is $75 for both days, and at the door is $100. The workshop will be held at Eric's school in Norwalk and will go from 12:00 to 5:00pm both days. For questions or to pre-register call Eric at (203)-980-0459.

Day 1: Killer Instinct/Trapping (2 Day Exclusive):

The ability to relax or be aggressive. Bruce called this stage of a fight "The rally." Entries-the straight blast, plus 10 of our most efficient trapping combinations will be taught along with some of the most brutal and effective finishing moves. This workshop is a must see experience if you are interested in "real world techniques", things that actually work and proven street fighting concepts.

Day 2: Sensitivity and Flow (1 Day):

The ability to trap, feel, and adapt to your opponent. This is the highest level of Jeet Kune Do training, which is what Bruce meant when he stated, "Be like Water".

Now Coming to New Haven & Hartford YMCAs:

This is a class one cannot afford to miss, so come and join us. Eric will be teaching the 21^st century’s continuously evolving Jeet Kune Do group class at the New Haven or Hartford YMCA. Space is limited, and the cost will be $80 per month. The class will be a more private and more conducive to learning due to the limit of students.
