In Jeet Kune Do Concepts one learns Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do, as well as the 30 years of research and development that Dan Inosanto has done. It is not just an addition of the Filipino Martial Arts and how to apply the "Jeet Kune Do Concept" to them, yes this is done as well, but that is not the only nature of it. As I feel that there is more to pick from (as we all know each person's JKD is different from each others') it is more readily applicable for a wider audience, each person must strip away the inessential (not that it doesn't work) to discover their own expression of the art. That is why this is what I teach in my group classes. In private lessons one may pick what they want to learn. JKD is about finding the cause of your ignorance!
