Phase Classes

In the Phase classes students are taught the ranges of combat, and how to easily flow from each range. Kicking range, into hand range, hand range into close quarter trapping and grappling range, close quarter trapping range, into grappling or ground fighting range. The use of weapons, both defensively and offensively are taught in an easy to remember and efficient method of application.

Classes are kept small to provide the students with the individual attention needed to progress.

Elite Jeet Kune Do's Group Classes:

Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do Concepts and the Filipino Martial Arts Classes are currently available at the Old Greenwich Civic Community Center located at 90 Harding Road. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Now Coming to New Haven & Hartford:

This is a class one cannot afford to miss, so come and join us. Eric will be teaching the 21st century’s continuously evolving Jeet Kune Do group class starting on August 1st 2007 in New Haven. Space is limited, and the cost will be $150 per month. The class will be more private and more conducive to learning due to the application process.
