Because the world can often times be a dangerous place and simple "stand alone" self defense techniques may not be enough, Elite Jeet Kune Do has put together a holistic self defense system that integrates self defense techniques, from a variety of different martial arts, with it's proven training methods. This course is especially designed for women and is meant to give its participants a foundation of training and techniques that they can build on throughout their lives. The course's core curriculum is based on the utilization of "eight tools" and our "training essentials". Each tool can be utilized in a variety of different ways and our students are taught how to incorporate these tools in a variety of scenarios.

Simple Safety Tips for Every Woman:

Have keys ready to open doors.

Always look under your car before getting in.

Always lock your car doors.

Use pepper spray-keep it in your hands.

Use your keys as a weapon.

Always travel with a friend.

Have someone escort you to your car.

Avoid dark and secluded areas.

Don't clutch your purse, in the event that your purse is snatched this will prevent you

from being dragged and or reacting to the situation

Don't be afraid to scream for help.

Always be aware of your surroundings and who may be watching you.
